We're working for your safety
The health and safety of our guests, shoppers, residents, and employees is very important to us. We are monitoring the current situation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and taking preventive actions. We want you to feel confident when visiting National Harbor. We recognize that places where people gather, need to be clean, welcoming, and safe. Visit our Frequently Asked Questions page for up-to-date information.

SANITIZING
Elevating our long-standing commitment to cleanliness, we’ve put into place advanced sanitizing procedures throughout National Harbor. All sanitizing and disinfectant formulas being used have been recommended by the CDC. Enhanced daily deep cleanings are taking place in common spaces, seating areas and public restrooms in addition to increased frequency throughout each day. Visitors will also find handwashing stations and sanitizing stands located conveniently throughout the destination for their use.

TOUCHPOINTS
In accordance with our enhanced cleaning procedures, high traffic touchpoints including door handles, hand rails and elevator buttons will undergo frequent sanitation. To lessen touchpoints, many of our businesses are utilizing contactless payment systems or have installed plexiglass barriers to minimize contact.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
Our teams are utilizing the latest in sanitizing technology to achieve our enhanced standards of cleanliness. In addition to using sanitizing and disinfectant formulas recommended by the CDC, high-contact surfaces have been coated with an anti-microbial lacquer for added protection. We invite you to visit the individual websites of our hotels, restaurants, retailers and attractions to see all of the ways they are preparing to better serve you.

REINFORCED SOCIAL DISTANCING
We encourage guests to observe social distancing while enjoying everything that National Harbor has to offer. You will find signage throughout property reminding guests to maintain a 6 foot distance in common spaces, seating areas and when queuing in line in stores and restaurants. In accordance with Maryland and Prince George’s County regulations please note that face masks are required when entering any indoor establishment. Face coverings still are encouraged in outdoor environments.

TRAIN & EDUCATE
