Celebrate Halloween at National Harbor on Sunday, October 23
More than 30 stores and restaurants participating in festivities

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md., Sept. 26, 2016—National Harbor will host a Halloween celebration, Harbor Halloween, on Sunday, October 23 that includes Trick-or-Treating from noon to 2 p.m., with more than 30 stores and restaurants participating. DARCARS will be handing out bags and candy, and will also have a special activities area near their Trunk-or-Treating on the Plaza.

The movie “Hocus Pocus” will be playing on the Plaza (157 National Plaza, National Harbor, 20745) starting at 12:30 p.m. The day will end with the 2nd Annual National Harbor Chef Pumpkin Carving Contest at 2 p.m. Competitors include three chefs from MGM National Harbor, the integrated resort opening later this year: Executive Chef Jason Johnston, Chef Cole Dickinson from Voltaggio Brothers Steak House, and Chef Jamie Knight from National Market.
