From one-of-a-kind outdoor venues and Capital Wheel Pier buyouts to classic indoor meeting spaces and classrooms, host here to give your attendees an experience they’ll never forget.

151 St. George is National Harbor’s newest and most exclusive event space! This posh open, industrial space is a perfect blank canvas to create an incredible unique event of any type. The venue is conveniently located near The Gaylord National with easy access to surface or garage parking. 151 St. George features high ceilings, two unique levels, garage style doors that can be opened to outside, existing bar structures and more.
Capital Canopy
The Capital Canopy is our premier private waterfront venue. Located near the National Harbor Marina and iconic Capital Wheel, the tented canopy offers panoramic views of the Potomac River, Washington, DC and Old Town Alexandria. It’s the perfect venue for a unique waterfront event.
The Flight Deck
This outdoor lounge at the foot of the Capital Wheel is perfect for celebrations, group outings, special events and drinks with friends. With a 145 person capacity, there’s room for gatherings of every kind.
Spirit Park
Welcome to Spirit Park, National Harbor's newest waterfront venue. The park is be home to one of the largest American Flags on the East Coast. The space offers a large amphitheater, stage and one-of-a kind artwork alongside panoramic views of the Potomac River.
The Plateau
The Plateau is a wide-open paved space to accommodate large-scale events. Its location offers easy access to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and National Harbor’s long-term events, events, experiences and exhibits.
Southpointe
Southpointe is one of National Harbor’s most distinctive and largest spaces, offering the ability to become whatever you desire. Located at the edge of the Waterfront District, this area has a private feel, but is close enough to walk to hotels, restaurants and shops.
Plaza
Welcome to the hub of National Harbor. The Plaza is a wide open area that’s ideal for dynamic public events or activations meant to draw an influx of people who enjoy the outdoors and waterfront views.
Harbor Trail/ 5K Courses
National Harbor's waterfront trail is also home to the area’s best 5k courses. The trail offers stunning panoramic views of Old Town Alexandria, National Harbor Marina and our Iconic Capital Wheel. It extends from Gaylord National Resort to the Waterfront District.
Fleet Street
Fleet Street is National Harbor’s unofficial “Entertainment District.” It provides opportunities to create large-scale block parties, just across the street from the Gaylord National with exclusive access to popular restaurants and bars, such as Bobby McKey’s Dueling Piano Bar, Brother Jimmy’s BBQ, Cadillac Ranch, Brass Tap, and Irish Whisper Pub.
Spirit Park Lot
Spirit Park Lot is a versatile open space with unobstructed views of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Alexandria, VA, Washington DC and the Potomac River. It can be kept open or closed off from the public and include access to Spirit Park Amphitheater and/or Spirit Park Carousel.
Belvedere
The Belvedere is a special space offering incredible views of all that National Harbor has to offer. Look down at the hustle and bustle of the Plaza and on to the Beach while taking in the sights of American Way and its many incredible pieces of art. Great for activations, public and private events.
Beach
The Beach is home to “The Awakening,” a J. Seward Johnson sculpture of a 70-foot giant emerging from the sand. The beach, which can be closed to the public for happy hours or small corporate events, offers a front-row view of the Potomac River and The Capital Wheel.
Garage Rooftop
National Harbor has three garage rooftops that feature spectacular views of MGM National Harbor, the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Old Town Alexandria, Fleet Street, the Capital Wheel and more. These spaces in the Waterfront District offer a unique rooftop ambiance for one-of-a-kind events.
