U.S. Nepal Gastronomy and Bombay Street Food National Harbor to Hold Fundraiser on Sept. 28 to Benefit Victims in Nepal
Help Rebuild Nepal and Enjoy an Amazing, Five-Course Master Class Dinner

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md., Sept. 17, 2026—Join U.S. Nepal Gastronomy for an exquisite five-course dinner featuring Nepali cuisine, paying homage to Bhotekoshi and Nepali regions impacted by the flood. The dinner will be prepared by master chefs and chefs trained in Michelin-level kitchens. One hundred percent of all proceeds will go to Nepal’s PM Disaster Relief Fund. The dinner will take place on Monday, September 28 at 6 p.m. at Bombay Street Food National Harbor (151 American Way).

The recent catastrophic flash floods in Nepal have left regions of the country devastated with more than 1,400 casualties confirmed to date and the number of missing individuals at 6,150 to date with more expected. “Nepal desperately needs our help,” Chef Arjun Ranabhat, president of U.S. Nepal Gastronomy and executive chef and co-owner of Bombay Street Food National Harbor. “We are stepping up the best way we can, by holding a multi-course dinner with top chefs and an internationally-known sommelier, Michael Scaffidi.”

The five-course dinner includes reception canapes, amuse-bouche and wine. The food is being donated by chefs throughout the D.C. region and includes Kathmandu Bar & Tapas, Himalayan Wild Yak, Tapori & Daru, Bombay Street Food with Chef Arjun Ranabhat and Chef Bruno Bertin, Masti Reston Town Center, and desserts created by Chef Fabrice and Chef Florian with Mad Mac.

“Thousands of families in Nepal have been left without homes, food and basic necessities,” said Ranabhat. “This is an opportunity for the community to come together and help rebuild lives and communities.”
