RMHC Red Shoe 5k

Come out to run or walk in support of local families with a hospitalized child! The 13th Annual Red Shoe 5k will feature Doug Kammerer as MC, a scenic course along the water in National Harbor, prizes, music, fun, and more! We welcome participants of all ages and abilities to join us. Your registration helps raise critical funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Washington, DC (RMHCDC) programs that help families with a sick child stay close to each other and the care their child needs. Join us on Sunday, October 8 to Raise Your Feet To Raise Hope For Families!

Timing:
7:45 AM – 8:30 AM – Participant Check-In & Day Of Registration opens. T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for race day registrants.
8:35 AM – Kid’s Fun Run on the pier
8:45 AM – Warm up
9:00 AM – 5k race begins
9:45 AM – Awards Ceremony
