Kaiser Permanente Presents Healthy at the Harbor

Come get Healthy at the Harbor with Kaiser Permanente. This no-cost health and wellness event will feature:

ALL DAY
11:00am – 4:00pm – No-cost Health & Dental Screenings Pop Up with Kaiser Permanente Nurses & Doctors
11:00am – 4:00pm – Preventive Care Education Health and Wellness Expo
11:00am – 4:00pm – Kids’ Zone with spin-art bikes, balloon art, face painting & more

PLAZA ACTIVITIES
11:00am – Zumba (first 100 registrants will receive free head and wristband set)
12:00 PM - Charles Herbert Flowers High School, "Black and Green Marching Machine”
12:30pm – Line Dancing (first 100 registrants will receive a free step counter)
1:30 PM - Crossland High School, "Marching Cavalier Band"
1:45pm – Kids Recess wth Baltimore Ravens Malaki Starks (first 100 registrants will receive a Bag Charm)
3:00 PM - Suitland High School “Marching Rams”
3:30pm – Yoga (first 100 registrants will receive a free yoga mat)
