Trick-or-treat your way around National Harbor! From 12:30–2:30 pm, little ghosts and goblins can visit 30+ participating restaurants and retailers throughout the property to collect Halloween treats. Costumes are encouraged, so grab your candy bag and get ready for a sweet afternoon at Harbor Halloween! Candy bags sponsored Andrews Federal Credit Union and Tom's Watch Bar will be available for pick-up on the Plaza, one bag per child, first come first served.

In addition to the store and restaurants above, head to the Plaza, where Andrews Federal Credit Union will be handing out candy bags and non-candy snack options.

Then stop by the Capital Canopy for trick-or-treating with the Prince George’s County Police Department. Don’t forget to make your way to American Way to visit the Prince George’s County Office of Community Relations’ 311 On the Go! Mobile Unit for free popcorn.

HALLOWEEN SPINS

Children in costume get a FREE ride on The Capital Wheel with the purchase of adult ticket during operating hours. Trick or treat at the Spirit Park Carousel from 12:30 - 2:30pm with unlimited rides on the carousel. *Restrictions apply.

Cheer on National Harbor chefs & artists as they turn plain pumpkins into pure art.

Pet Pawrade

Don't forget about your family's furry friends! Get them dressed in costume and join in the Pet Pawrade. Prizes will be awarded for best costume, most creative costume and more. Be sure to take man's best friend down to The Capital Wheel, dogs ride free all day with paying adult.

Sip & Develop’s Haunted Darkroom Costume Contest

Something wicked is developing at Sip & Develop! From October 6–31, experience its hands-on analog photography experience with a Halloween twist. Plus, stop by during Harbor Halloween on October 25 for free digital costume photos, costume contests, special discounts and a chance to win a free photography session.
