Not only are we celebrating America’s birthday this week National Harbor and The Capital Wheel have launched their Welcome Back and STARTS initiative.  STARTS stands for the expanded actions that National Harbor is taking in light of COVID-19—Sanitizing, Touchpoints, Advanced technology, Reinforced social distancing, Teaching & educating, and Security. The goal is to make our guests feel confident while enjoying beautiful National Harbor.

Please note National Harbor will NOT be having a fireworks show.

The Capital Wheel and Carousel are Now Open! Soar above the Potomac River on The Capital Wheel daily from 10am – 8pm or take a spin on the Carousel from Noon – 8pm. Tickets are available for online purchase only so be sure to order yours today. The Capital Wheel has implemented extensive safety measures including the use of electrostatic germicidal pre-treatment, ultraviolet light treatment for touch screens, thorough disinfecting of gondolas after each use, masks are required, social distancing and more. Take a swing at Topgolf National Harbor! Topgolf is currently offering free reservations and half priced Tuesdays! Guests are required to wear a facemask at Topgolf National Harbor upon entry to the venue until you get to your table or bay, and while moving throughout the venue. When in your bay at a safe social distance from other guests who are not in your group, you are not required to wear a mask – this includes while eating, drinking or hitting.
