This first class facility will offer the highest level of customer service, state of the art floating docks, and access to all that National Harbor has to offer, making this the premier yachting destination on the Potomac. - 48’ and 60’ slips with five foot wide, full length finger piers. Alongside dockage for up to 120 feet.

- Electrical hook-ups for 30, 50, and 100 amp service.

- Private shower and laundry facilities.
- Two 10,000 square foot platforms for corporate and private events.
Rental Rates
Yearly Slips are $125/linear foot (LOA) plus electricity
Transient Slips are $2.25/linear foot per day (LOA) plus electricity.
Marina Hourly dockage fee: Monday – Friday at 4pm $5.00 per hour Friday at 4pm to Sunday $10.00 per hour (Maximum time period of four hours. After this time period, the Transient Slip charge will apply).

Navigation
The channel for the marina begins just south of the #90 Red Nun Buoy on the Hunting Creek Shoal Channel. The entrance is marked by a pair of daymarkers, Green #1 and Red #2. The depth of the channel is 11’ at low tide. The entire channel is a No Wake Zone.
No one may tie up to the piers without permission.
